Hi Sue,
Hope you and Kyle are managing in the USA at the moment, having seen pictures on TV of some of the weather over there.
How does Kyle cope if he cannot go outdoors?
Have a good weekend.
Regards
Lawrence.

good day today for Kyle....snow outside, but he wouldn't wear boots...sneakers, as usual...rigidity= autism. Even wears his sunglasses if snowing, no differentiation. But, I don't sweat the small stuff.....He also won't allow our christmas tree in the house...yells...'Tree= outside!' He is logiocal , as trees grow outdoors, no environmental changes!! we adjust, must be flexible...how important is it?? Sue Bernard

KYLE LOVES MODEL TRAINS, WENT TO LOCAL HOLIDAY SHOW...CLOSED!! MELTDOWN/TEARS, BUT TRANSITIONED AFTER(SAID 'I'M SORRY!') TO LOCAL HOBBY SHOPPE, MUCH PROGRESS, MAKING ADJUSTMENTS...NOT AN EASY CONCEPT FOR AUTISTIC. GREAT EXPECTATIONS/GREAT DISAPPOINTMENTS!

it seems our Kyle, now 13, is getting up earlier am than usual....now I think he has adjusted his sleep time to change in clocks from fall(up 1 hour earlier, we'll put him to bed 1 hour later to compensate and hope, over time, he adjusts. 5am is early enough! any ideas out there?? thanks, Sue B.
